Riesling Ice Wine 2008

Our Ice Wine is made entirely from hand picked clusters of our Riesling grapes that were intentionally left on the vine late in the season to freeze. The end result is a sweet wine that is abundant with flavors and aromas of baked apples, poached pears, peach pie and dried pineapple. Ice wine is a dessert onto its own or enjoy with your favorite sweets.

Pairings: Sharp cheeses such as aged bleu cheese, fruit tarts, bread pudding, and tiramisu.
